High school seniors, sophomores and juniors whose parents are Grundy County REC members can apply for a trip to our nation’s capital. This is an all-expense-paid trip students never forget. Grundy County REC will sponsor one student for the Youth Tour.
The 2020 trip is scheduled for June 18-25. For more information on applying, contact us at mgeerdes@grundycountyrecia.org, or click here for an application. Students on the tour learn about electric cooperatives, American history and U.S. government. They visit with their representatives in the House and the Senate, and get to see sights around Washington, DC.
