Grundy Center Development Park
Located on the north edge of Grundy Center, this park is within the city limits, and offers robust infrastructure, including fiber optic broadband, natural gas, city water & sewer, city paved streets, and electrical service provided by the Grundy County REC. Developed sites from 2.5 acres up to approximately 20 acres are available. As with the Grundy County Industrial Park, Grundy Center is only a few minutes southwest of the Waterloo/Cedar Falls metro area, and is located in the Cedar Valley Region, which provides access to a large labor force.
